The goal of Positive Health Management is to provide excellent, accessible, quality care to persons who are at risk for or who are living with HIV, Hepatitis C, and sexually transmitted infections. Below is a summary of each of Positive Health Managements services.

All services are located at the Wyckoff Medical Arts Building, a community-friendly site based at 1610 Dekalb Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11237. Medical services are provided by a group of HIV specialists. Our ancillary program staff members are also accredited in their fields and support the clients as their receive primary care.
