The Center for Preventions and Wellness works to educate our community about sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) to prevent their transmission and increase awareness of the presence, spread, symptoms, and treatment. We do educational presentations in the community and schools; run awareness campaigns; provide free, confidential, rapid HIV testing and risk reduction counseling; teach safe sex practices; provide print materials to promote sexual safety, and many other things to numerous to list here.
