About this agency

The Montgomery County Health Department provides, through this clinic, HIV and Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) free testing and counseling services to all Montgomery County residents over age 13.

Confidential or Anonymous HIV testing, education and counseling is offered during clinic hours only, by a blood test.

Clients must return one week later for their test results.

Partner notification and referral services are provided as needed.

CD4 and Viral Load testing is available by appointment only, for those HIV+ clients who are under the care of a physician, and are enrolled in the Special Pharmaceutical Benefits Program. Call the clinic for more information or to schedule an appointment.

All clients seeking vaccine services at this office will be screened for eligibility.

A parent or guardian must accompany children under age 18.

New clients need to provide their updated immunization record before an immunization appointment can be made.
