All services are by appointment and free to residents of Council Bluffs and the surrounding area.

The following services are available:

Testing, treatment for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea and Syphilis
Iowa Department of Public Health STD Information
HIV counseling, education, & testing for those who qualify as high risk as defined by Iowa Department of Public Health
Hepatitis C counseling & testing. Screening for Hepatitis C and vaccination against Hepatitis A & B are available to those who meet the Iowa Department of Public Health's definition of a person at highest risk.
